We Don't Do This for the Awards
We work in real estate because we’re passionate about helping people fulfill their own dreams of home ownership. But that doesn’t mean we aren’t appreciative when we’re recognized for the work we do.
For 2016, we - myself and Tatyana Bogdanova Sallee - were honored to be awarded the Multi-Million Dollar Gold Award from Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. In our Vanderbilt office, we were the second highest producing team over multiple teams and agents.
This means that we sold and listed more real estate for our buyers and sellers than the majority of our colleagues. While we’re proud of our accomplishments in 2016 and looking forward to a more productive 2017, we don’t do this for the awards or the praise.
Our motivation is the smile on a new home owner’s face when they get their keys for the first time.
Our joy is in the surprise a seller feels when they receive a really good offer.
Our pride comes from knowing we’re helping people every single day.
We couldn’t do any of this without our clients who put their faith in us to help them through the process of buying and selling real estate. From the seller who came to us after too many weeks and months with no offers to the buyer who was sure they’d never find the right home in their budget, we work hard to make it easier. This is the largest financial decision most people will ever make, and we take it just as seriously as our clients do.
We work to make sure your listing stands out in our competitive market. It’s priced right, staged well, and ready for buyers to walk in and fall in love.
We work with buyers to find the home of their dreams in a budget and neighborhood that works for their family.
This is what we do every single day. Awards are nice, but the confidence of our clients is even better.
